The Seer never considered Phoebe the childs quote real mother close quote or Cole the childs quote real father close quote in the sense Phoebe and Cole would be the onrs to raise him. The Seer had other plans tha didnt involve Phoebe and Cole raising their son because the child had been her master plan. So while biologically Phoebe and Cole were the babys parents she told Phoebe that it wasnt hers because The Seer knew it wasnt hers biollogically or you can say that she invented the plan to create the child by seeing the future and then coming up with the choclates to gurantee that Cole could get Phoebe pregnant. All Phoebe knew was that the child had been using her to attack Paige and using its powers. She just bought into the Seers claim without ever really thinking about why The Seer gave her the evil tonic in the first place or the fact that the child was biologically hers and Coles and not the Seers.

Well I think Phoebe and Coles son was conceived sometime during the harvest moon in late September and Phoebe was two or three months pregnant when she vanquished cole and two weeks later when the seer was vanquished along with their son which would be like November or December and would put the due date to sometime in June if Phoebe carried the child to full term. I have no idea when Piper coceived Wyatt I have to look at the charmed comics timeline. The reason why Phoebe said that the baby was never hers goes back the episode Merry Go Round The Seer plotted with the Source to have Phoebe and Cole conceive that child and raise it to become the future leader of the underworld. The Seer always planned to take Phoebes place as the mother The seer does admit that Phoebe was the trure mother. But when Cole and The Source died The Seer decided to take the child from Phoebes womb so that she could weild the babys powers confirming her as the new leader at least temporarily and be the one tp raise the next Source.
