Well, I finally got around to leaving an interview for a story of yours. I've basically read every one of them and I love them. Sorry for nor reviewing sooner but I'm like that - I do it rarely ever. I guess I'm just too lazy. Well, enough of that.
I love your general style of writing - there is just something about it, especially in your longer stories. I really admire how you incorporate both humour, angst, hurt/comfort and romance so well. That is what I love and look for in the stories and books I read - well-written, with thoroughly developed plot, interesting, not clichéd and including many styles and genres, which do not seem forced - exactly what your stories are. It is true that many of the doctor/rose stories include immortal!Rose due to Bad Wolf but that's inevitable, at least to me, because otherwise I can't bear thinking of the Doctor alone for all eternity. Another thing which I greatly admire about your style is how well you combine a well-written story with an interesting plot with M-rated sex scenes. That is something I really appreciate because I've found that a story is either well-written with a worthy plot or has enjoyable sex-scenes, rarely have I found one with both of these components intact. With you the intimate moments don't seem forced and stilted nor they happen way too often for the story to seem unnaturally interrupted by these scenes. The way I read and follow the story and the plot-lines it just flows naturally - like that is what would happen to a real-life couple and i certainly appreciate you for that.
You also have the extraordinary ability to write/have written stories which I absolutely crave at one time or another and find a rather put-outing and frankly disappointing lack of. I really do hope you would continue with that trend because you write the most delightful things.
On this particular story I love the setting especially including Jack - that was a really nice touch. I think that what I like the most is the same with what I liked the most with Shades of blue - that Rose is/will be the one to piece him back together after the war and how you go about doing that. I really like how you write John, Jack and Rose. John is in character for someone just out of war, Jack is the older and wiser Jack that I honestly prefer to the earlier version of him and you did a really terrific job with writing Rose - she's not suddenly absolutely perfect and I can sense she has her own mental problems, which just have not been developed and shown to the readers. I think I would like to see how she deals with them and with those moments where so much bad things pile upon you that you just can't take it anymore and have to let out the steam some way.
I am very curious about some specific things in this story. I think that this last chapter raised many questions in me. If Nine and Rose have already been intimate at that time: 1) What happens to Mickey and Rose? If I remember correctly at that point of time they were still technically a couple.
2) How does Rose take the Doctor's regeneration/Does he warn/describe to her what regeneration is?
3) (What I'm most curious about) How does "The girl in the fireplace" go in light of their relationship?
Also some things have been picking at my brain:
I) Why the Doctor hasn't said anything about Rose to Jack as he did in "Utopia"? Was he then with Martha? When in the Doctor's time line will Rose even out her own time line with him? I'm hoping for when Donna is on-board, I love her, she was absolutely fantastic.
II)In the beginning Rose says centuries. How long has it been for her? How long she was in the parallel world and how(device/closed off cracks and holes) she began crossing between parallel worlds?
III) How did she discover her regenerative abilities? When?Where/Why did she study what she did?
IV)You mentioned and implied that she had gone through plenty regenerations. How many exactly? Does she have the same limited number of regenerations as the usual Time Lord?
V) Can she control approximately what she comes out looking after each regeneration like Time Lords are supposed to? Is that why she looks like a version of how she used to look like or is it just this time?
VI)I just have to ask - that couple at the bar, were they Amy and Rory? I hope they were, they are brilliant together and it made me really sad to see them go from the show. Does that mean that we will at some point see Eleven or will Ten stay longer? Will River make appearances?
Well, I think that's enough questions. I'm off. I just want to say that all your stories are absolutely brilliant and you should keep going. I hope to see something soon, whichever story you choose to write on.

The flashback to the start of their relationship with the allusion to what is going on Now and it's bearing on then (those confusing tenses again LOL)...was Simply Perfect!
