This can be described in only one word; awwwwwwwww! I love it, I really love it, and th Christmas party scene...cute and a teensy bit sad at the same time. Sad for Bond as Vesper...well, to tell the truth I hated her. M is so much better, hands down.

That was just brilliant! I loved the involvement of Lady Maggie (god, I love her, just maybe not as much as M) and as she's based around Maggie Smith, when you made the Downton Abbey comparison, I couldn't help but laugh. I love this and can't wait for the next chapter :)

Right, this was utterly perfect to wake up to on an otherwise crap Tuesday morning. As per usual, utter beautiful, in character and something that I am totally desperate to see onscreen. Oh, and god, I want M's dress! ;)

I have to say, I love how you have paired them up! Bond and M have such wonderful chemistry in this, I don't know what to say! And it all has been so innocent, and so sweet, and so unlike Bond that I want to squeal and tackle the double-o agent. I'd be killed for that... but still!

You have stayed true to the characters, but have also had them grow. The back story is perfect and provides fitting information. I do have one question:
Since Bond referrers to becoming a double-o agent, I am curious about preexisting names. Was he called Bond, then switched to 007? Did he choose the number '7' or was he just the seventh agent to receive such a title. I have a guess that the latter is correct, but Skyfall is the first 007 movie I have seen. (Since I am just old enough to see the content in my parents' eyes.)

A few little things:
1. I love how Kincade keeps calling M, 'Emma' since he thinks James said, "Em."
2. And no one has bothered to correct him. Adorable!
3. Nice to know Barbra enjoys 'Pride and Prejudiced', but I couldn't get around the conversations that ran in circles.
4. Just think of the talk at M16! 'BOND FOILED BY SQUIRREL'
James would never hear the end of it, from Q at least. He's probably the only one not in danger of getting a nice uppercut.

I have no criticisms for this, and I doubt anyone could!
Except Silva. But he's entitled too, I guess.

That was a perfect Valentine present. I could just picture them dancing to crocodile rock, aww and Martina's Valentine, perfection. I'm so glad you started writing these, seriously can't get enough of them xxx

Well this certainly an unusual paring, M and Bond never really would have thought about it. Still I think I will track this.
