Good solid fic here - I like you set up the backstory of the people we know in the series so well -it fis really nicely.
I also loved how you reconciled Megabyte's origins in season 4 with the info on him

Good, you fixed the paragraphs. Now it's much smoother and easier to read. Your writing style is great, and you've done a wonderful job re-telling the destruction of the Twin Cities as well as continuing the fic to explain some more things. I hope there will be more.
