Gah stupid FF didn't let me know you updated! So glad to see you did though :) Loved seeing Edward with his boys first time in awhile he'd been with him poor thing was all wound up. I wasn't expecting Marcus to show up on his doorstep and it was good Alice left to let him talk to him alone that was needed. Really glad he didn't try to start anything physically with Shortcake down the hall. Good thing Marcus told him Bella is in love with him sure that's something he wouldn't believe otherwise he was a super douche for being so degrading towards him that bugged me a lot but he was hurt so it makes sense but still. I love the picture he was looking at sounds lovely.

Bella coming over right after was so needed missed these two from the last update. Cuddling on the couch and talking then Edward asking her to stay the night I wasn't expecting that to escalate like it but like Bella I wasn't complaining haha Holy hot dry humping indeed Edward was so cute apologizing afterwards then asking her to be his LOVE IT her reply was perfect. LOVED the update thank you for this amazing story.

There is a huge disconnect between the current version of Edward, and the Edward to whom we were first introduced (and still "see" when he's at the strip club and giving himself an erection in front of all the fawning women). The Edward in the first chapters enjoyed threesomes and apparently also anything that involved mindless sex, regularly got drunk and did drugs, hung around with seedy people, and didn't seem to mind that he was on the verge of becoming on over-the-hill stripper and used-up man whore. He also seemed really...dumb. If he really has turned into this sweet, talented sensitive father and lover, he should be repelled by that former version of himself, but he doesn't really seem to be. Bella, unless she's stupid, should also be concerned about his former life - or at least acknowledge it - especially with respect to the threat of disease. It would be a better story if they actually dealt with this issue. It's as if you're expecting us to ignore or forget things we've read in earlier chapters.

Finally...they are officially together. I liked the Marcus scene. Bella has always maintained he's a decent guy, but we probably all assumed otherwise (like Edward). He came off as a guy who was hurt, but not bad.
