Have to admit I just caught up on all the stories and updates I didn't read properly due to a regrettable lack of spare time, and to my utmost horror I realized that I kind of 'copied' your idea when writing 'An unexpected Yuletide present', just having Gerald and Damien swapping places. The 'morning' after, the lover gone, the ire and disappointment of the one left behind and so on (well, Gerald always had more destructive potential than Damien...;-)), everything's the same. I'm so embarrassed, but please believe me that it's more a case of convergent evolution than acting the copy cat on my part. Being an extremely slow writer due to linguistic problems I'd been working on my story for quite a while when you posted yours. I would have never been able to write those 7000 words in a few days, but nonetheless I feel definitely uneasy about the whole thing. Please don't be angry with me. That said I'd like to state that I enjoyed reading your story a lot. 'More insane church fanatics?' Lol! And I can very well imagine Tarrant blasting everything to pieces in his wrath...
