Looks like a perfect New York holiday. Well, except for the whole divorce thing, but... :D

Nicely done with the explination of what was happening with her parents and family matters. Perry patently lisenting to her. Perry always forgets to breath when he sees Della, more often when formally dressed. But stll forgets. Love the carriage ride, they are special in New York or can be made that way. Love how you ended this. He has something that belongs to her.

Mama Sara knows everything and keeps that family of hers in line, including Perry where Della is concerned. As for Della, he should just tell her, even though its suppost to be a surprise, avoiding the issue will get him no where with her. She learned from him. The surprise of her parents arrival was nicely time. Got away with that one. So nice to offer a quiet place for them to talk. Now to give Della at least some of the answers she wants from her parents.

ooooh... so sad to see this one ends... But the end was brilliant ... I loved the entire story, the atmosphere, the romance... sigh... thank you thank you. Happy holidays to you too Michelle

Nicely done, Sara just knowing how to get the information out of Della. First time telling someone is always hard, now to just go tell Perry and let him spoil her. Love the bit of information, "how to get to Tiffany's". Maybe its not for what I'm hoping for, he does buy her wonderful jewelry.

Wonderfully done. Della's not going to talk until she's ready. Loved the walk and the carousel. Having fun. Sounds like dinner was/is going to be fun. Leave it to Mama Sara to see right through Della. At least Della explained they don't keep secrets it just takes her time to tell Perry things and he waits until she's ready. I must admit I thought perhaps her mother was sick. But the possibity of them getting a divorce, just may hinder Perry ever getting Della to marry him. Looking forward to more.
