Reviews for Not Even Death
blackdragonsghost 12/16/12 . chapter 1
Yay, first holiday posting! This was so sweet and fluffy it gave me a toothache, but I loved it anyway. I'm working busily on my own contribution: Hobgoblin wanted another instalment of my series, and by the MorrĂgan that's what she's going to get. Anything in particular you might like? If so, feel free to PM with a request: all I've got going so far is the one for Hobgoblin, plus I'm trying to get the next chapter of New Era of Vengeance out for Herdcat. Anyway, loved this little fluffball: I adore this type of fic. I really do think that Ms. Friedman downplayed Damien's reaction to Gerald's death way too much. Merry Yuletide, friend, and may the All-father smile upon you!

Whoa, Silvereyedbitch, that was a lot darker than the plot-bunnies I had had in mind, and you really had me sitting on the edge of my seat for a while, horrified at the possibility that Damien might truly kill himself (well, the poor sod's going a bit beyond your scenario in one of my stories for the very same reason, I'm afraid, but yet...). That said I'd like to send you a thousand thanks and hugs for writing this story. I'm flattered, overjoyed, delighted... You really brightened an otherwise ghastly Saturday! Loved your story a lot, and the part with Gerald kind of comparing himself to Jesus Christ had me rolling around the floor. Oh my... There are so many lovely passages in your story I can't mention them all, but I especially liked the part with the headstone: 'So cold and hard. Like touching him..' That's still sending a shiver down my spine... Of course Gerald had to write his cryptic message in an extinct language from Earth mainly used for scholarly purposes, lol. That's so typically Tarrant it made me giggle with pure delight. Nice touch! Thank you so much again, and a happy third Advent to all of you!
