Waaah! That is so so so so so SAD. 'She had lost two fathers' Oh god, if your goal was to make people cry, you succeded! By the way, I have a feeling I know what'll happen to Inuyasha's mum... But what happened to his DAD I had not seen coming. When it explained that Kagome's mother had only had that reaction once, and something terrible was going to happen, I'd thought Kagome's grandmother was the one that had died. But this is even sadder...

On another note... For seven/six year olds to be so fluent in grammar and spelling is unbelievable. When I was in kindergarton, it was an accomplishment if you knew how to spell your name! No matter how much help a child would have, seven year olds (and under) would barely even know what a full stop or question mark is. The amount of knowledge you make them have is unrealistic. And when it's Kagome's POV you make her able to think complete coherent thoughts. She's only six in this. For example, "Kagome thought her mother had lost all capacity for composure when her father passed." is something you wrote. A child would have thought something more along the lines of this, "Kagome thought her mother didn't try to look very nice when her father left." You need to make her thoughts- no actually Inuyasha and Kagome themselves- more childish. I really like this drabble series though. I will not continue reading this though if it ends in Sesshomaru/Kagome. :P
