Yes, Amy is in prision and has to do as Simon says (did you plan it that way or it happens to be a coincidence that his name is simon?). Life to Amy is shitty right now. And I'm guessing that goes to some other people too, Will for example. Would it ruin your plans for the plot if Simon had a stroke? A little one, doesn't has to die, just be in a bed for life. Again!
