Good story, but you could definitely improve on your grammar at some points. You could also do with doing a bit of research into the medical points of pregnancies, for example saying that Lauren was still in her first trimester when she'd already had the twelve week scan and by then she would most probably not being having morning sickness to such an extent. Just a tip.
Also, sometimes it's a little hard to keep up with and though the plot is good it sometimes seems a bit unrealistic but that's not too bad, it is a fanfic you're writing after all.
Overall though, pretty good story.

that was really great! but the only thing I'm confused about: who is harry? because it kept going back & forth between harry & mark & i wasn't sure what was going on at some parts lol.. but besides that minor detail loved it as usual!
