It was a good fic, but you didn't go into as much detail with Slytherin as you did the other three Houses, but only concentrated on Riddle.

This is quite good-I especially agree with your description of Ravenclaws. I imagine that after centuries of making up songs in rhyme and meter the Sorting Hat probably has quite a good vocabulary and a talent for making sentences flow into one another in a pleasing way. You did well on both counts.

A very intresting perspective. Not many people seem to push the idea that there is good in every house, in every kind of person. This is only the second story of yours that I've read but I already respect you because you are making me think. Thank you for such a heartwarming piece

This is realistic, very realistic.

Ok, it's funny to read of the hat losing his mind speaking with the twins or the marauders, or listening some of its silly (or not so silly) songs... but at the end the sorting it's a very important moment in a wizard/witch life so, deep down it must be very serious about its work.

This is an excellent piece. I really enjoyed reading it and I hope a lot of other people get a chance to read it as well. Wow. That was very interesting. It is odd, thinking of Dumbledore as a child, and a half-blood, too. This was a very interesting fic.

I liked this story. It gives a good view of what the sorting hat thinks. My own view is almost the same. The sorting hat certainly won't place somebody where they really don't want to be. The hat guides people, but it can't or won't choose for them. My attempt at Luna Lovegood's sorting isn't anything like as good as this.

As for the views of the houses, I pretty much agree with that too. I think that Slytherins are most likely to go bad (not because of their ambition, but because they don't really care what they do to achieve their goals), then Ravenclaws because they want knowledge more than anything else, then (perhaps surprisingly to some) Gryffindor with the Hufflepuffs least likely (they are good and humble people who are unlikely to be seduced by much).

This was a well-written fic, I liked how you sectioned it off like that. Pretty good verses. I also liked how you chose to ignore Harry, he is rather over-written, isn't he?

Great story. I love how you show that Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws are not just Gryffindors and Slytherins (respecively) who just didn't make the cut. So sad how they always get over looked. But, I would have liked if you would have shown the faults in the other houses as clearly as you showed that Slytherin ambition can work both ways, it may have been there (the showing of faults in other houses) but it didn't stand out too well and as a Slytherin myself I felt like it was Gryffindor once again being idolized. But, on the whole this is just so different and well written, you deserve more reviews than you've gotten on it.
