I really miss this pairing and you made me miss them even more...you are really good at this. I like that you do it from Sam's point of view, and you actually made your readers feel what she was experiencing; the sorrow, the waiting, the hope and especially (my favourite) the love.
The last line was great, you couldn't pick a better line to finish it and start another story with that line, because I definitly think you should continuate this one.
Please, Would you considerate, letting us know... what was it that something that she needed to explain to Brooke.
