So Felix asked Sofia to give him a birthday.. She picked June 10th the day they met..

Sara and Sofia where cute in the doctor's office... Unfortunately, the IVF didnt take this time- so no baby sara or greg yet!

Sofia agreed to help Felix with his school work- because he wants to get his diploma..

Felix and Sofia went with Sara to look at a house..

Sara liked the house and its location.. Sofia help get the price knocked way down..

So Sara bought the house..

Sara, Sofia, And Felix are thrilled..
