THis story is really amusing. I love Kaoru and all, but there needs to be some humor sometimes right? ^o^

I don't know why some people are making such a big deal. I've seen much more harsh bashings out there. lol~! This story was just random, amusing, and blunt! ^^

I guess I dont't find it funny that they have no reaction. For someone who is all about saving life it just seemed too strange, more mean-spirited than funny.

That is probably one of the most amusing stories I've read in a long time. I love your sense of humor! It's so Monty Python-like...Kaoru just dropping dead and everybody else is like..."Meh, who cares?" So so so so funny. :D

I'm glad that even though you like Kaoru at times, you are still open-minded enoough to write a bashing fic on her. Though I don't usually tolerate bashing fics...

Number one. It would be a quite funny story if Kenshin and the others would be more concerned about Kaoru. They ARE her friends, after all. I understand that you want to set this apart from angst and drama, but showing a little respect to Kaoru wouldn't hurt.

Number two. My sister killed herself just last month because of depression. Do you know what caused that depression? Loneliness. Loneliness, and not feeling loved. I was away in college at the time so I couldn't be there for her in her greatest time of need. She was feeling so unloved--her friends had deserted her for the popular crowd, her boyfriend had just dumped her, her grades were steadily going down, she had just started to do drugs, and our parents were about to divorce. That is a hell of a lot of stress for one teenage girl. So...she killed herself one night. She couldn't take it anymore.
After the funeral, we realized that maybe we should have showed her that we really did care for her, that we loved her. SHe didn't think anyone would mourn for her at her funeral--that's why she killed herself.
That's why I think your fic is insensitive to the many people out there that are mourning for dead loved ones. I'm still in agony and guilt, and it is terrible to see Kaoru's best friends 'dissing' her like that. Like she wasn't even worthy at all.

I'm sorry to get you depressed by my review--I just wanted to tell you what this interpreted to me. This fic was heartless--but if read in the right way, humorous. Keep working and maybe you'll be able to please your readers.

It was hilarious.And I seriously don't care if Kaoru's dead or not.I don't like her.

I know it's sick, but as someone who tends more toward the fluffy/emotionally charged/dramatic type fic (both writing and reading), I have to say I found this hilarious! I just couldn't stop laughing from the moment she just randomly went 'thud' on the ground -- it's like a spoof of all deathfics or something...

this is really funny! the way that they don't necessarily mind that she's -dead-. i guess i just woulda thought there'd be more of a response from Kenshin. but, oh well it funny!
