This was a wonderful piece. I like how you gave Sakura happiness with Neji, and your portrayal of Sasuke was absolutely heart-wrenching. Great job :)
I would also like to say that you are one of my absolute favorite authors on this site. I have read your stories multiple times, and everything is so heartfelt, flows amazingly well, and kills me every freaking time.
I would like to read a couple more of your stories with some happy endings for this pair, though at the same time when you end a story with Sasuke living a melancholy life without Sakura as she goes off to be happy with Neji a little part of me thinks of it as retribution for what an ass he has been in the manga lol.

Ah, this is a sweet oneshot! I love the NejiSaku pairing and secretly wish there were more well written work on them, and to see the transition from the love that she had for Sasuke to this is really sweet. Thank you for it :) Hope you continue with this pairing in the future!

Any normal SasuSaku fan would have probably freaked the hell out that they didn't get their happy ending in this. Any Sasuke fan would have freaked the hell out for putting him in that much pain AND not giving him a happy ending AND taking away the only woman he ever seemed to have loved and can't seem to get over and needed to the very last.

BUT I HAVE AN ENORMOUS SOFT SPOT FOR NEJISAKU AND AFTER NEJI DIED I KIND OF WANTED TO FORGET ABOUT SASUKE FOR THIS ONCE (even though he's my fave character EVER) AND LET NEJI HAVE THE HAPPY ENDING HE DIDN'T HAVE IN THE MANGA (although that's sort of not true... he did die happy).

So I immensely enjoyed. Long, elaborated and you can really see Sakura's love grow for him. You can see her starting to let go of Sasuke before it all seems to come back when she sees him again. In a sense, it's really, really realistic.

Great job. :) It is a work to be proud of!
