Hm. First of all, it's "Nabiki", not "Nibiki". Second, while the principal's Hawaiian is anything but standard (and originally written in Japanese), it's still spelled "keiki", not "cakie". Although I suppose that is spelled like it sounds. :D

Anyway, it seems like standard Ranma wacky hijinks, although Ranma and Akane are a bit over the top. That this is from Akane's point of view is interesting, though.
