Reviews for Housewarming
Sareh 1/28/13 . chapter 1
I am so glad I came across this story! It was pure luck that I checked your page after almost three years and found this lovely fic. I love the introspection, the way you have written Faramir, his fears and hopes, the way he doesn't want to be found lacking in any way, especially by those whom he loves. Imrahil, as always, is a dear. Faramir definitely deserves an uncle and confidante as good as him.
And, of course, Heth! It's great to see her so comfortable with who she is and the position she holds. The touching moment with Faramir's present was well-written.

Even though it has been years since I last thought about this 'verse of yours, it took but a few lines for me to submerge myself fully in the story, recalling the tensions, the relationships and the wonderful overarching story that this fic is a part of.

Thanks for sharing. Reading this has brightened up my day.

Nice little tale, and I loved this line: "I don't know… Some of Aragorn's Council members…death from boredom or frustration seems very likely to me!"

Interesting! It's a bit jarring at first to hear things from Faramir's point of view - his Ring War era thoughts always seemed more shut down and boxed up (something to do with Denethor, no doubt), but it works well, and I like the glimpse into more of the Heth-verse future.

Boy, Eowyn's going to have something to say about that, too! Ha! I hope we get to see that sometime in the future (nudge nudge). Reading this section made me realize I want to read more of Heth and Eowyn's relationship - I think I'll re-read the Minas Tirith section of CMC. :)

Thank you as always for posting a new Heth story!

It is such a joy to see more of your universe, and I'm still carrying hope that this Imrahil - Hethlin thing is going to happen (possibly in Dale or on the road) and that it's going to be glorious :-)

Considering I only discovered your stories a few weeks ago, I'm counting myself very lucky that your LOTR muse has been re-awoken! I really enjoyed this, I was waiting to see how Hethlin would be there for Faramir when Eowyn could not (as Elrohir once said.) Hope to see more from you before too long! :)

What a heartwarming story. I really missed Imrahil, Faramir and most of all Hethlin, so I am more than glad that you decided to start writing them again, although now I'm really curious what happened in between "Silver Swan" and this. But I'm already glad to get to read more of Hethlin again, so I'm not going to complain and instead thank you for this wonderful little story. :)
