Great story. Your characterization is spot on, and for the most part the plot keeps thing moving and interesting. However it seems like there's a couple of plot threads at the begining of the story that seem to get dropped. Mainly the stolen Anthrax at the begining. It wasn't the same thing as the stuff that B13 tried to release into the Senate chamber, or at least it didn't read like it was the same strain. So there seems to be unresolved issues without a sequal of some kind.

Other then that it was awesome. Great to see some Shadow fanfiction. Keep up the good work!
