Lorelai should really see how annoying, not perfect Dean is and how well Rory and Jess are actually getting along. I very much agree with the one below me.

I really hope Dean shows his spiteful/clingy side to Lorelai. I've always hated how perfect she thought he was. Even after the whole married debacle, she still gave him more of a chance than she ever gave Jess. I love the Jess and Emily interactions too. Great chapter!

That's hilarious. I can totally picture Dean's face if Jess just sauntered up to him like they were friends. Priceless.

I specially love Jess and Emily at the spa, so much fun! It's a bit sad, though, that Jess won't be there to deliver her food, but I hope Lorelai wouldn't miss the opportunity to see Rory in action when she's away, and that would be interesting to see, too :D well, anyway, I love the idea, it's very original, and I hope you write more soon.

I forgot to mention before, I loved the detail about Lorelai having stored Emily's phone number under the name Adolf.
I liked how the dialog between Jess and Emily was very much the same as in the show. It makes sense. I think Jess and Lorelai are actually very similar, with sarcasm and whatnot. This is something that the writers of the show proved anyway, since in this very episode, Jess and Lorelai both made the same comment about the Indian food.
Some other favourite parts were "Lovely was one way to put it, hell was another" and the spin you put on the line "leaving here completely different people." The image of Jess "making chit chat with that woman while someone painted his toenails" is simply hilarious! I laughed for a while on that one! Looking forward to an update, and especially some interactions between them and Rory! Also between Lorelai and Dean!

Jess and Emily at a spa together! Genius! I like how Lorelai is starting to learn about Jess's life and vice versa. I'm hoping they will both get some more insight into Rory as well.

It's a little sad how happy I was when I saw this update this morning! I have most of my classes today so this was a good way to start my day. I love that Lorelai sat with Dean...so funny. Can't wait for more!
