Gorgeous! The pairing was really unusual, but the way you wrote it was believable. And I love that you had Daphne love Susan, instead of the other way around.

I especially love the line, "staring out across the grounds of the school I thought one day would provide me with so much." It seems to sum up the way everyone sees Hogwarts, as a place where they will safe and happy, like a second home, and it shows how much that's changed for Daphne.

I also really like how you made the ending vague, so we're not sure if she did jump of not, though I think she did. It much more effective than if you'd actually put "I jumped." Altogether a lovely tragedy piece :3

I love that you didn't use the full song quote, but the rest of it was still implied throughout the fic. And it was so beautifully done, too.

This is a strange pairing, even if it's unrequited. But it was so nicely written.

Everything about this was so real, and that made it even more heartbreaking. The way she's being married off. The fact that she just wants to love who she chooses, but it can't happen.

You, dear, have broken my heart, and I love you for it.

I like how the ending was ambiguous to an extent, how it's never confirmed whether she jumped although I am quite sure she did. God I would if I had to marry Crabbe.

Seriously though this was heartbreaking. The fact that Susan doesn't have the faintest idea makes it even more heartwrenching. A right tear jerker, you really wrote the lies and tragedy so well.
