Well written, as always, but you don't need me to tell you that. :)

Specifically, about this one, I like how you've tied a lot of the Cas mythology together: his rebellion early on, his previous memory lapses, his deal with Crowley that happened before the Leviathan all traced back to one root cause. And the ominous line: if she is an angel at all.

I'm looking forward to see what the show's writers do with this storyline, but I like your alternate take on it so far!

You should turn this into an actual story not just a one-shot.
