(in all honesty, I felt the deepest pain watching the scene where the women scrubbed the blood away. Kept thinking if theres a mistress or a sweetheart, mothers even scrubbing the boys' blood. Lord knows where they found the strength.)

This is incredible. A fantastic piece of writing - her character in the film always fascinated me! Well done!
