First thanks for the slash story; there isn't enough Rand/Mat for my liking or even Rand/Mat/Perrin which when you think about could be possible. I'm guessing by your questions you're thinking of continuing the story?

Well I remeber from the books that Rand and Tam have a wooden plow that I believe they would strap behind their horse Bella. And there was definitely a cart to go with that horse too.

On the subject of farms Rand and Tam's farm was primarly sheep though they did have some milk cows, if I remeber correctly they also had a tabbaco crop. Whixh would mean hand scythes I think. You may want to look up Victorian farms if you want some ideas on machinary. And if it helps I've heard that quite a few people peg WoT as having some similarities to the midddle ages mixed in with parts of the later era's like victorian.
