Loved it. Funny and sweet and true - which is the
last combination of adjectives, frankly, I'd ever
expect to be able to apply to a story with
Severus Snape in it! Loved the pictures...
...up until the last quarter-page, when it
suddenly goes round a corner and seems to become
something rather unrelated. I mean, the
last chapter's a rather different kind of beast
from the rest, but it still fits. It just takes
on a more bitter edge. As a happy ending, though,
that final section of it doesn't seem to have
much to do with the main story at all. And if it
isn't an attempt at a happy ending then what _is_
it for?
And why is the final picture apparently a shot of
Lily and Baldric, who haven't appeared in any
scenes together, let alone at that point?
Loved it all the same.

Wow. Someone on pointed me in the direction of your fic - and boy am I glad they did! The illustrations are amazing, and really capture the characters personalities. And the story? Well, usually I steer well clear of lily/sev - this is the first one I have brung myself to read - but you've converted me! Well written and original, love the idea of jock!lily :)

I have read this particular story far to many times that would be good for my mental health, but I still love it to bits.- I love the illustratons, the bitter-sweet ending, and the funny parts thrown in for good measure. Love it! Do more of the like. Pweaase?

This story was oddly touching. I've always thought that this might be one of the reasons why Snape and James hated each other so much, and I really like your telling of it. Very emotional in a good sense of the word.

What a lovely, sad story - and the illustrations are perfect beyond words. When I think of Snape now, I see your creation.
