Nice story. I'm a huge fan of Ally McBeal, and mostly the season 4 with Larry Paul. This man was just so hot, nice, brilliant...not perfect, but almost ^^
Anyway, they should have end up the show on Larry and Ally getting married, instead of making a final season which was so bad.
I know it's because Robert Downey drugs problem that they didn't get married even if it was supposed to happened originaly so it's nice to read your story and see what it could have been.

Main quibble:

Two consenting adults in their thirties should have enough sense to do it in a bed. I can't see these people going at it on the floor.

Distracting spelling glitches:

"I was trying to purpose." I think you mean, "propose." While Larry has a habit of saying "per" when he means "pro" or "pre," that doesn't change the spelling of the word.

Countless instances and/or variations on: "I can't loose you." That generally means that somebody got tied up and somebody else can't free them. The word is LOSE. You might want to go back and fix that.
