I think whether Amara is at the Cauldron should depend on whether she will be involved in the "next adventure". She mentioned that she wanted to take part in the next adventure, so Im not sure if you are meaning to actually let her do so.
If you are, put her in the Cauldron, because it will support the subtle fact that she is growing to be part of the "gang".
