This piece of fan fiction demonstrates your skill and ability to write, as well as the research you have done beforehand. Amazing work on one of the more interesting subjects of Middle-Earth but often ignored by writers of fan fiction.

An example of excellent writing, as well as research upon your behalf. Although my own knowledge of Lord of the Rings and the Istari is rather limited, I took a great interest in the information and insight into the mortal bodies of the Maiar. I personally just wish that you had touched a little more upon the friendship that once existed between Gandalf and Saruman, and perhaps still did to an extent, in the time thereafter.

One thing I can relate to you about is that I can understand what it is like to write about an often ignored part in Lord of the Rings, that is clean and without slash references, but then your story to go partially unheeded and ignored. It is most frustrating, especially when sometimes Legolas Mary-Sues get more reviews than those that actually took time and effort to write. I applaud you in your effort.
