Ah, an amazing breath of air in this category. You seem to know what kind of feeling you want the reader to expeience in this, and you went for it. It worked, by the way, I was hanging on edge the whole while.

It was more intelligent and a lot longer (paragraph wise) than most ffiction around. I mean in general, not just in the s-CRY-ed area. Anyway, the first paragraph was fascinating, I loved how you described...(trying to avoid spoilers)...well, everything.

A point that bothered me, though, was how you constantly used phrases like, 'the other man', and 'the older man', etc.. It's okay to just say 'Kazuma' and 'Ryuho', I don't mind it at all. Actually, the 'man' references are a little confusing, not to mention over used in ffiction.

Not that I even take my own advice. I write better reviews than ffiction, but that's beside the point...

Woohoo! A Scryed fic! And a yaoi, no less. You've done a pretty good job with this so far. I'm really enjoying it! This was my first attempt to search for Scryed fic, and I was happy to find a well-written one on the first try.

There are only a few minor grammar errors in this... you have a tendency to switch verb tenses a bit. It's more noticeable in the first chapter. And the flashbacks took me a little while to get the hang of... in chapter two, I wasn't sure if the kiss scene was happening in current time or in flashback. But the italics help. ^_^ I just wasn't sure if you'd forgotten them in that part. But after I re-read it, it wasn't too difficult to understand.

Good job! I can't wait to see where you go from here with this fic.

This is WRONG! Ryuhou and Kazuma despise each other with a BURNING, FIREY PASSION! (On goes caps lock) THERE IS NO WAY THAT THEY WOULD EVER END UP IN A RELATIONSHIP OF THAT KIND AT ANY POINT IN TIME! If one was in the throes of death, they would likely seek the other out just so that they were in the process of trying to kill the other with their dying breath! Foolish person! Did you even see the series at all? If you did, then you'd know that I am entirely right. HONESTLY! The only other sCRYed fic on all of fanfiction.net and it is exactly the kind that I thought no one was dumb enough to write.

You said that you were made to write this fic? You should have outright refused. The very thought of Ryuhou and Kazuma having any relationship other than that of MORTAL FREAKING ENEMIES is absolutely appaling!

I like this story alot. I jusrecently got into Scryed, but I love it already and theyaoi/shonen-ai implications are very nice. So i really like this story. Only one question, is it over? is that how you ended it? or is there more that you might one day add?

Well, either way, it's going in my favorite stories list because I like it that much.

I was honestly starting to think there *wasn't* any scryed fanfictions anywhere on the net! I'm so pleased to see one so beautifully written as this hiding in the Misc. section. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to seeing more of this story in the future.

This is a very good fic, I was so happy when I did a search and found it by chance, Scyred happens to be one of my current obsessions. I love how Ryuhou and Kazuma are portrayed especially, nearly exactly how I envision them as I watch the series. I'm quite glad that the few fics I have found for this pairing are written so well, and I do hope you continue this soon.
