That was really great. . . wow! I'm not a Gundam expert, but I can tell that you are. The deatails were nice & Trent was well developed.

I was very pleased to find this story cos there aren't nearly enough about Trant. I like the approach you took explaining his motives by tying him to Walker; it's one of those things I never would have thought of but that makes perfect sense. Also the "what if he had survived" speculation was a nice touch, well thought out, as was the mention toward the end that OZ's "enemies" could actually be whom he was fighting for. Very poignant. My only criticism is that you might want to go back and check your syntax, but overall I found this a wonderfully concise analytical piece very worthy of Trant.

I like it. No one really remembers the smaller characters, and everyone ignores the powerplay among the various OZ and Alliance factions. It's a good introspective fic on Trent's motives and personally I would never have guessed that you didn't like him.

I think it's about time someone wrote a serious fic on the Lt. He's in my fics but... they're humor. So, in conclusion, this was a good fic.

Very nice fic. I love Walker, and for some reason I've become especially fond of Trant (to the point that he's become a background character in one of the fics I'm writing). I really like this fic because it shows a more sympathetic view of the man - what drove him on to push himself in the face of certain failure.
