Warning long but excellent review.
I love the NBC. This whole story and Echos have been amazing. The night I read these stories, I had a dream that occur after the movie.

Amelia, Jack's human sister, now a little than 80 years, she found a way into Hallowentown. Where she met Skelleton Jack.

This meeting led Jack to truly remember his human life that have been haunting him deep in his subconious. Amelia is happy that she knows what has happened to her long-lost brother and why every halloween. she felt somewhere her brother was happy.

She accepts Jack the way he is now, and forgive him for the christmas when Jack tried to celebrate christmas in his own way and everyone got scary toys.

As seen in Echos. Jack's past life kept haunting him. it always blames Halloween Town for changing him from human to a bone man. Well now, the part of Jack that keeps refusing to accept his destiny of being the new Pumpkin King is finally laid to rest.

Jack now knows his past life and truly accepts his destiny of being king of halloween until the end of his existance.

In closing, this dream resloved Jack's past life.
I have enjoyed the stories and am more proud of Jack than ever. Good work on your stories.

I loved it, it made sense, was depressing, and I could hear Jack's voice the whole time in my head speaking everytime he spoke...

I hadn't met a pre-Halloween Jack story that I liked before this, but this one's quite good. Amelia is an interesting addition,although she seems a bit /too/ sweet. I like that it was Oogie who did him in - it sets up their enemity very nicely. And Jack being killed around christmas and his love of christmas while human could definitely explain a few things. The sacrifice theory is also very interesting, and the rag doll and the "How dare you" to Oogie were nice touches. Very well done.

Oh wow...you alost made me cry. That was a very thrilling, very touching story. Kudos! You should definately make a sequel to this one, cuz now I want to know if Amelia ever sees her bro again in his new form before she dies.

there are no words that can help me describe this fanfic except that it was...AMAZING! the way youre plot started and ended it was sensational.ill also loved how Oogie Boogie has met his match or how he unwittingly just found someone scarier than him!!that was just funny in a twisted way. he wont b scaring ppl now!hey, i thought sally was made after he was the pumpkin king or he was the pumpkin king wen halloween started that was like 20 years by the celtic ppl. sry im giving you a history lesson. as u kno im a big fan of HALLOWEEN & NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS! my sisters think im obssed with death. not true i just blieve that theres another life after we die,i hopely wish i land in HALLOWEENTOWN! But i also hope 4 a sequel where someone takes a liking 2 sally and lots of jack jealousy!=3
