avearia 2009-09-07 . chapter 4Loved the story! I always thought that for someone who's known as a teen detective, Heiji/Harley didn't seem to get in a lot of trouble himself. I agree, I think that giving him 'psychic powers' (as you called them) seems somewhat fitting. For a show like Detective Conan, it's okay to have boarderline fantasy. (I mean, they have a pill that could double as the fountain of youth, so who knows...)
Nice crime, too. It's great to read a mystery fic--despite that being what the series is based on, I don't see too many good murders/mysteries. I enjoyed reading your mystery. You might want to explain the character's relations a bit beforehand, it seemed like the woman's love popped out of nowhere--but the mechanics of the murder were very easy to understand.
I also really liked how you took the end and tied it to the beginning narrative, and to the second chapter with the boy ghost. You seemed to keep everyone in character, and your writing style was great. There were some minor errors in the story, such as occasionally using "Too" instead of "To", but that's nothing big. There were also these weird gaps in some sentences, but it didn't impair my ability to read the fic. Just letting you know that it looked odd, might be fixed.
Anyway, like I said, I loved it. I hope I get to read something more by you. You seem like a great author.
Good luck on future fanfics!

A Bibliophile 2008-11-20 . chapter 4Interesting scientific explanation of the psychic-ness. I was wondering how getting injected with a hypodermic needle would make you see ghosties... |
A Bibliophile 2008-11-20 . chapter 3Your murder had a very strong plot. It was very refreshing to read. You have know idea how many authors just steal the idea from some other series, or come up with a plan that is so simple, it makes you wonder why they didn't figure it out sooner.
Keep it up! |
A Bibliophile 2008-11-20 . chapter 1Henji is psychic! Somehow, he doesn't seem the type... |
Toki 2008-09-18 . chapter 1 Wow. At first I didn't know where it was going but the end is just so intense... |
 DarkestCornerOfMyMind 2008-07-27 . chapter 4Wow! Heiji's so cool! |
Jessi Tsuki 2008-05-16 . chapter 4This was very interesting, and well written. Good job and thanks for the fic ^^ |
sodesne 2007-08-17 . chapter 4I loved the last sentence. XD It made me go "that's so Hattori" That was acutally a really nice story. Enjoyed it, even though it was kinda (fine, REALLY) old.
Thanks for sharing |
Claude le noctambule 2006-10-16 . chapter 4Well, I think you will be surprised to see a review alert for this old story, but I've just discovered it...Better late than never, I think...XD
The plot was very original and the story was beautifully written...
And it's good to see someone made interact Heiji and Haibara, and keeping them perfectly In character. Those two don't interact two much in canon, so I should praise you for that.*_*
And it's also good to see someone wrotte an actual mystery storie, it's so rare in DC fandom(Strange paradox, by the way, for a mystery manga...XD)@_@
Now, I know what I must do..Add this masterpiece to my fav, read the sequel, and then, read your other stories in Dc world.^^ |
anonymous 2005-06-21 . chapter 4 the story is so nice but painfully lacks in mystery and horror. can you make a sequel to this and make it better. the supernatural does exist in detecive conan. I've seen an episode in which the thief is stopped by the ghost of the child he killed for some jewels she had seen him steal. |
Rose 2005-06-04 . chapter 4 hm... o.o O.o O.O oh! freaky! now what would be really freaky would be jimmy with the ESP...*shivers* |
Fyliwion 2005-05-15 . chapter 4intresting idea! Really cool story! I liked! Great job. |
 kudo 2005-01-03 . chapter 4 I think you should write one about Ai's sister's ghost |
Ke 2004-06-17 . chapter 4Wow, you're such a great writer! Hehe... and I love Heiji fics! You portraited his character well ^^"
