That really was a very good story. I've never seen "The Pretender", but it was easy enough to follow The Centre parts as well as The Scooby parts.

So now - on to part 2 :)

Awesome story. I used to watch both of these shows and I never would have thought to put them together. I really enjoyed it.

This in all reality is my first non Harry Potter fic. And I just had to say WOW it has really amazed me how detailed the story is. I know the two sequals feature Harry and I had to go through this fic first. But who knew it would be such a fantastic reading experience. Well I'm off to read more fan fics. So keep up the good work or else...

ARGH! You killed all the badguys! Now they can't come back after BUffy in the sequel. I am very upset with you. Revenge plots can't happen if the bad guys are all dead. Hee hee. Aside from that, I loved this! I've never even seen the Pretender, but you explained everything so well that I don't really feel that I need to. Excellent story. I loved the part where Raines came back after Buffy. Hooray!

I haven't really seen much of "the Pretender"-although it does look interesting.

This story sounds really interesting, though.

I guess I'm a few years late in reading this story, but I'm working my way through...after countless "Lisette" references (often followed by 'pain... torture...depressing... hide-in-a-corner-and-cry" comments, in a good way, I'm sure) I did a search and got to this fic. And it's more than I ever expected. This story nearly made me cry and yell "no!" repeatedly and curse fanfiction...in a nice way, again. But, anyway, congrats on your very, very impressive writing talents.

Now on to read the sequel...*shudders nervously*

Everyone has one - but some just smell worse than others.

This story was really good. I was hesitant to read it, seeing as how I'd never even heard of The Pretender until this story, but you're one of my favorite authors, and, well, anything's better than homework! But it was so good! And I really didn't need to know anything about The Pretenders to understand.

Good story, but umm.. for some reason this chapter is cut off partway through. Could you maybe fix that? Thanks, Scott

Found this yesterday and started reading before I realised how long it was, but I got hooked and finished it today, to the detriment of the jobs I was supposed to be doing before going to work :-) Excellent story, well done. Characterisation was very good, plot kept moving, so I just had to keep reading and thankfully it wasn't riddled with spelling mistakes like so many fics are.
