I kept going back and forth between Miroku's Grandmother and Sango but then I realized that Miroku's Grandmother wouldn't have access to a modern style picture book and I think it's exactly the sort of thing Kagome would give them.

It's Sango and Inuyasha's son, right?

oh.. so sad, and yet so heart-warming.. wow! my guess was that it would either be Kagome, with she & Inuyasha's son, or Sango, with she and Miroku's son. I started really thinking Sango when she dropped into a defensive postiion (Kag doesn't do that much actual fighting, after all..) and of course the rosary just confirmed it. _ truly, truly beautiful! perhaps one of the best fics of this genre that i have ever read! _ wonderful!
