This is still very good. It's almost as if it is part of Upon a Painted Ocean, which, technically, it is. However, it seems a lot more closely linked to its prequel than most sequels. Many sequels use the same characters but a totaly different storyline. Into the Silent Sea is an extension of Upon a Painted Ocean, and I like that alot. Great job!

oh my gosh, you seriously have to update this!! I keep coming back to it, hoping that it has been updated, but I'm always let down! It's so good, please don't turn your back on this story! Please update this story, it's one of the best stories I have ever read in the Weiss Kreuz fanfic area. You so have to update this, I'm begging you! I will love you for forever and ever if you do!! In fact, you even made me fall in love with Schuldich--whom I have hated ever since reading about him in the manga--but this story has made me have a more positive feeling towards him now. I mean, I REALLY like Schuldich in this story. Very charming. Yet he's such a devil.

That has to be the best chapter within the entire scope of the story thus far. Ken holding Ran down and all he endured, and just the simple things that showed how much the two cared for each other, it warmed my heart. As always, the style is superb as is the content. My only wish is that perhaps, one day, Ran and Ken could share something akin to a kiss. It'd be sweet. Mind you, the subtle affection in holding his hand is just as powerful, but I'm a simplistic reader who still has a need for the more straightforward attack. Thank you for sharing your genius with us.
