I try to stay away from fics that take place after LK, cause I haven't readd it yet. But I was just so intrigued by this that I couldn't help myself. Truly original fic :)

I notice this story hasn't been updated since november. does that mean it has, as you put it, 'plot cancer'? did it die? cause it shouldn't, cause it's good. but i'm rambling now.

hey, just thot i'd reach you through a review. this is just about an idea you claimed in your review of that story about the girl from Maren. anyways, u said that no one could take your idea for the tree-turned-human-from-Numairs-spell-fic. i just thot i'd suggest a book called HALF HUMAN to you, edited by Jane Yolen. in that book, tammy herself does the story of the tree/human. so if you want to do the fic, go 4 it, have a blast! just no that (tho i am sure ur story would be a different version from tammy's) you dont end up with the same plot as hers. i'd suggest the book anyways, it has some good short stories, and considering the way this fic is looking, you might like one of the stories in it.
