WHAM! Sora fell with a thud as he landed on the cold, hard tile floor in the hollow bastion. Maleficent had beaten him again for the 15th time. Normally Donald and Goofy would transport him to the gummi ship before she could do anything to him, but this time was different. Donald and Goofy were knocked out too! "Let the Brainwash commence," Maleficent said. "Yes your Majesty" two cold shrill voices answered, almost in unison. "Soon, soon I will have 3 of the strongest forces in the world helping me. I shall rule the world" "!"

In another part of the world called The Destiny Islands, Kairi awoke with a start. She quickly gathered Tidus, Selphie, and Wakka and told them about her dream. "It's not just a dream, it's like it actually happened." "I could feel it" Together they decided to go find, rescue, and unbrainwash Sora, but to do that, they needed some help. Kairi made a list of all the people who could help, "Cloud, Yuffie, Leon (A.K.A Squall), Cid, and Riku." "All of these people are in Traverse Town," Tidus realized, "How will we get there?" "We can take the raft that Kairi, Sora, and Riku made!" Exclaimed Wakka. "You know, the one before "The Great Storm"." "Good idea!" said Selphie, "But we'll need provisions for the long journey" "Ok then, its decided. We'll call ourselves "The Heartless Destroyers"!" Kairi exclaimed "Death to the heartless!"
