Please let me join, I asked in a soft voice;
My voice was low; my tone was steeled and strong;
Raiha stared, questioning my choice;
But I held firm; how could this be wrong?

Training was harsh, just as he had said;
Every day seemed like living hell;
The task of waking up filled me with dread;
The horrors I endured I'll never tell.

And yet my resolution never swayed;
My inspiration made my torment sweet;
For strength and diligence I daily prayed;
And so I soon joined up with the elite.

I never regretted the step I took that day;
For his sake, there's no price I wouldn't pay..
