OK, this is my first U-571 fic and its about Trigger (my fave) and I have only seen the movie twice, but I my mom just bought it for me and I should get it any day, so just bear with me. Please read and review.

Ted 'Trigger' Fitzgerald lay on the white sandy beach next to his girlfriend Hazel Winter.

Hazel was a thin, average height, blue eyed, blonde. She loved Trigger with all her heart.

"Do you ever wonder why the sky is blue?" Trigger smiled, looking at Hazel.

"Because it reflects the ocean." She giggled. "Why is the ocean blue? Because it reflects the sky."

"I don't think it makes sence, but I love your blue eyes." He said kissing her forhead.

"I don't know why." Hazel smiled and wrapped her arms around Trigger, kissing him. He grabbed her by the waist and sat her up on him.

She smiled, leaned down and nibbled on his ear. "I love you." She whispered. She layed her head down on his finely toned and exposed chest.

"I love you too." He said slowly and kissing her head.

"Your heart beat just quickened." She giggled.

He laughed a little. "Hazel?"

"What?" She asked, drawing circles on his stomach with her fingers.

"Will you marry me?" He asked pulling a beautiful diamond ring out of his jeans pocket.

Hazel sat up, looked at the ring and to Trigger. "It's beautiful."

"Is that a yes?"

"Yes!"

He placed the ring on her finger as she kissed him. He kissed her all the way down her neck and to her belly button.

Lieutenant Tyler walked up to them along the beach. "Trigger."

Hazel stood and brushed the sand off of her. Trigger stood, a little embarrased. "Mr Tyler."

"Having fun?" Mr Tyler asked, grinning.

"Yes, Mr Tyler." Trigger smiled.

"Sir. I'm Hazel Winter. It's nice to finally meet you. Trigger talks very highly of you." She said extending her hand.

He took her hand, "You too Miss. You treat her right Trigger. She's a nice girl." He smiled, nodded and left.

Trigger sat down on the sand and Hazel sat on his lap and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Does he often walk the beach alone?" She asked, watching the Lieutenant walk away.

"Yeah, clears his head." He looked into her big blue eyes. The wind blew her longe blonde hair back.

Hazel ran her fingers through Trigger's hair and smiled. "You know, we're alone now." She grinned.

Trigger smiled and layed Hazel down on the warm soft sand and kissed her.
