(The whole gang is discussing this month's issue at their regular meeting
place in front of Jack's office.)
Maya~..and that's the whole angle that I have. You see,
women spend millions of dollars on plastic surgery each year, and you have
to think that the
source of lowering their self-confidence could be more than just in the
media.
It leads them to believe that something is wrong with them.
That's why I call this awful turn for a solution "Solution Revolution".
Jack~ Um, Maya, it's nice, but I don't think that's the right angle that we
should be trying
to take at this particular moment
Finch~ In other words, no one wants to read about you whining about how you
think that women are being degraded.
Maya~ Finch, shut up.
Finch~ (imitating a little baby) " WAAAH WAAAH!
WOMEN ARE TREATED SO WRONG AND NO ONE WANTS TO READ MY ARTICLE.
BOO HOO."
Maya~ (pinches Finch)
Finch~ Yeah! Fiesty!
Jack~ Anyway, any new business?
Nina~ Oh, yes, about the surprise party..
Elliott~ What surprise party?
Nina~ The one you're throwing me for my birthday.
Anyway, can we have an elegant formal this year?
Jack~ Nina, who told you that we're throwing you a party?
Nina~ Now, Jack, you don't have to pretend anymore
I figured it out is all.
Finch~ (sarcastically) How did you manage to do that?
Nina~ Well, you didn't leave any gifts in my office this year or call or
say,
" Hey, happy birthday, sexy". Well, I'll let you all discuss the plans for
my party. I'll be in my office if you need me. (gets up and walks into her
office and shuts the door).
Finch~ Everyone who forgot her birthday, raise your hand
(They all raise their hand)
