Harry left Dumbledore's office. He could stay their he had to get out and walk around the castle some. Being the summer holidays still though he would not get in trouble for being out. Or at least he thought so. By now he figured he should be use to earth shattering revelations about his life that everyone and their brother (or at least Dumbledore) knew but him. He decided to head to Gryffindor tower. It was the closest thing to a home he had ever known. When he reached the portal he realized he didn't know the password. He turned back but as he did the portal opened and out came Ron.

"Harry.? That is you isn't Harry?" Said Ron.

"Yes its me it seems I'm going to be like this for a very long time." Said Harry.

"They couldn't figure out what's wrong or how to help you?"

"That's just it there isn't anything to fix." Said Harry "Lets go inside." Ron nodded following his friend.

They sat down around the hearth.

"Where is Hermione? I would rather not explain this twice." Said Harry.

"She's down seeing McGonagall. Said she had to ask her a question about the summer homework. I swear that girl is going to turn into one giant brain."

"And you Mr. Weasley are going to turn into one giant chocolate frog." Said Hermione startling the boys.

"Hermione hey." Said Harry standing and giving the girl a hug. Hermione was startled herself at first then hugged back.

"Is that really you Harry?" said Hermione looking him over.

"Yes its me and no they can't do anything for me because according to Professor Dumbledore there is nothing to do. This is me. The real me" said Harry.

"What do you mean? I don't understand how can this be the real you?"

"I don't really understand it either. Its all very confusing and far- fetched. I don't even know if I believe it all." Said Harry

"Well just tell us what you know." Said Hermione sitting down in the chair Harry had occupied earlier leaving Harry in the front of the room pacing.

"Lily and James Potter while were wonderful people are not my parents." Said Harry.

"How can they not be your parents..you look- " Ron was cut off "Looked just like James, yes I know. That was all part of it. I had to become their son. Let me finish this because if I stop again I don't know if I can start again. Now according to Dumbledore I was placed in their hands to protect me and /my/ world." Hermione opened her mouth but Harry silenced her.

"This other world just happens to be Middle Earth. I am the son of Aragorn and Arwen. According to Dumbledore that is. He said that 10 years after the events in Lord of the Rings, for they are fact not fiction, a new servant of Melkor rose up and covered the land in darkness. According to some prophecy seen by my great grandmother I would be the one to deliver this world from darkness. I wasn't born with magical abilities and was going to be passed off as a squib but when Voldemort attacked my elvin blood kicked in. Elves can only die of mortal wounds or grief. Therefore Avade Kedarva had no effect on me. The link the spell created though allowed my infant body to siphon Voldemort's powers the scar was cause when Voldemort became to weak to even stand and collapsed causing the link to break. He was left in the half living state I faced in my first year and I was left with his powers. According to Dumbledore his powers were magnified by my elvin blood for all elves have natural magic in them. He also told me I wouldn't age anymore. As for my appearance, a spell was cast upon me as a baby to make me appear as the son of James and Lily Potter till I could return hom- Middle Earth."

"?" rambled Ron

"Huh?" said Harry.

"Slow down and breathe." Scolded Hermione.

"Does this mean you have to leave?" said Ron sadly.

"Yes Dumbledore said I have a day before I need to return."

"That answers my second question. But can I come with you. I'm not letting my best friend go alone." Said Ron hugging Harry.

"I Dumbledore said he's going to get Sirus to go with me. It would be good because he can look after me and not be hunted there. I don't know if Dumbledore or your parents will let you go." Sighed Harry hugging back.

"We will figure out a way to get there with you." Said Hermione joining the hug.

"Yah this is some major stuff. I'm not letting my best friend face this on his own." Said Ron.

"Thanks guys."

That night Ron and Hermione returned home. Secretly packing what they thought they might need on the trip. It never crossed their minds that they would be allowed to go if they just asked. Harry looked at his trunk. It contained everything he would feel like taking with him to this weird world. Sirus had arrived and talked to Dumbledore. It had taken a whole 10 seconds to agree to go with Harry after he accepted the whole story, which had taken over 2 hours. Dumbledore finally had to remove the old memory charm that had been placed on him.

Sirus walked into the Gryffindor Common room and looked around. He hadn't been here in years. Well at least not when he could look around and enjoy it. Sirus looked over at the hearth. It was the same as it had been in his day. He remember sitting in the left chair. Remus and James always sat on the couch and Peter in the right chair. It was an unwritten rule. But thoughts of Peter took him down another train of thought. He closed his eyes. Would his memories always be this tainted? How long had Peter been working for Voldemort? It could have been a matter of weeks, months or even years. Had he been planning this betrayal even while they were in school?

He had trusted Peter with so many things. Not the least of which had been his heart. Even then had he been...That's when Sirus started to cry. He sat in a chair furthest away from the hearth and just began to sob. He had sworn not to cry ever over that bastard but being back in the common room brought back to many memories. The first kiss that had made the feelings come to surface. He would not cry he had sworn to himself not to cry. He didn't realize that he wasn't alone in the room till he felt a hand on his back.

"I'm sorry." Said the voice.

Sirus jumped at the voice he didn't recognize. Then looked up into eyes that were not Emerald Green but Sapphire Blue. Hair tucked behind slightly pointed ears. But a lighting shaped scar sat in the middle of the forehead.

"Harry is that really you?" said Sirus.

"Yes this seems to be me." Harry sat down next to Sirus.

"I'm Sorry."

Sirus looked at Harry "You say that again but you have no reason to be sorry none of this is your fault." (A/N I think Sirus is thickheaded but not that thickheaded.)

"I know but I'm still sorry.

"Well don't be. Tomorrow we're leaving. I'm kind of excited you know? I was always a fan of Lord of the Rings really." Sirus was trying to cheer his godson up.

"Well at least you'll be there with me. Something familiar." Said Harry leaning into his godfather. - -

The next morning found Harry standing in the Great Hall at Hogwarts.

"So the portal to Middle Earth is here in the Great Hall?" said Sirus.

"Well the portal can be opened anywhere that there is a great source of magic. The greatest source of magic at Hogwarts is the Great Hall." Explained professor Dumbledore.

"Oh." Came from Harry.

"Nervous?" said Sirus.

"A little. I mean what if they don't like me?"said Harry.

"Who?" said Dumbledore.

"My parents." Whispered Harry.

"Harry they love you so much. Even though you never knew of them they have kept tabs on you all through your life and are very proud." Said Dumbledore.

"Really?" Hope in his voice.

"Yes. But now I think its time." Said Dumbledore.

"But Ron and Hermione. I thought they would come to say good bye." Harry sighed.

The lights grew dim and in the center of the hall a small blue light appeared.

"Harry go to it and hold it in your hand." Said Dumbledore.

Harry nodded and walked towards the light, which was surprisingly warm. He held out his hand and grasped it. When he did it started to grow and then became a large vortex of swirling blue light.

"This is the portal. Simply step into it and it will take you there. But hurry it wont stay open long." Harry nodded feeling his pocket to make sure his trunk was still shrunken in it.

He looked around the hall to trying to catch a glimpse of his friends. He sighed they would not be coming.

Sirus walked up behind Harry and placed his hand on his shoulder.

"Its now or never." Said Sirus Harry nodded and walked through the Portal.

Once inside he had the sensation of being split from his body. His mind was free and he was flying. In a moment however the feeling was gone. He then down hard on rock.

When Harry awoke again he looked up into piecing blue eyes. The eyes turned and blonde hair shot into view "Aragorn he's awake!" shouted a light airy voice.

The eyes turned back. "Hello Harold. You had quite a nasty fall there."

"Who are you?" said Harry to the enchanting you man. Very feminine but it was defiantly a male. Though Harry figured he was elvin as well for his ears.

"Oh please forgive me. I am Legolas, lord of the Elves." (A/N: I read that after the events of Lord of the Rings that Legolas does indeed become Lord of the Elves. It was in a book on the creatures of Middle Earth. He does not directly depart for the Gray Havens.)

Harry was about respond when a man entered the room. He was rugged looking and aged but dignified nonetheless. He stopped when his eyes hit Harry. He looked a bit uncomfortable. He stayed a moment then walked over and pulled Harry into an embrace.

He pulled back and searched Harry's eyes for a reaction.

"You should be very proud Aragorn. Harry is a handsome young man." Said Legolas as he left the room to let father and son be alone.

"I'm not sure what to say. I haven't seen you since that day we sent you away. I'm sorry your mother and I couldn't be there for you. We always loved you dearly. " said Aragorn.

Harry looked down and felt like crying. He thought he would never see his father ever. Harry just through his arms around Aragorn's neck. "I'm glad I could finally meet you." Said Harry then shakingly said "..Dad.."

"Are you well now? That was quite a fall you took. If you are though there are some people who would like to see you." Said Aragorn.

Harry nodded and was led from the room. As he walked out into a room that could only be described as the common room he saw several new faces. Legolas was there, and also a short man with a unruly beard. Even being short though he reminded him of Hagrid. He had to be a dwarf. A woman with long blonde hair sat next to a man with shoulder length dusty brown hair. Then his eyes landed on a young woman with black hair. Her head was down but she seemed familiar.

"Where is Sirus?" said Harry.

At that two head peaked around the corner. "Harry! Your alright mate!" said a very Happy Ron.

"Ron Hermione how did you get here?" said Harry astonished.

"We were hiding and ran in after you left. We didn't want to have a chance to be told we couldn't go." Said Ron.

"Yah be they almost killed us when we got here. Sirus had to convince them that we were the good guys too." Said Hermione.

"Where is he anyway?" said Harry.

"Got a little sick after it calmed down. Something about motion sickness." Said Hermione.

Harry was listening but he felt eyes on him and looked up to see the dark haired woman looking back at him.

"Mom?" said Harry stopping his friends talk. Her eyes lit up and she smiled a bit.

"So you do know me then." She said standing she walked over to him and hugged him.
Ok that's it for this chapter. Things might be a little off from what you would thing like Harry's easy acceptance of his parents but remember he wants a family more then anything and now he's got one and wont do anything to screw it up. -_^ Plz review.
