Are you the one who freed my soul?

In eternity's shadow, I remain a prisoner
But not by mere steel or the chill of stone
But rather the blood that once ran through me
For it's the cursed heart of my brother keeps me alone

If life is to be our time to testify,
To prove one's soul for paradise or hell
Then why not that of death?
For if death is the final trial,
My virdict is yet to be considered

By the hand of my brother, his soul, that of hatred
And forever more I shall rest in agony, not peace
Upon the pedistal of my imprisonment
With my music that unlike me, can reach angels ears

Yet why do I sense the winds of change? Or the flow of time?
Perhaps the years upon my seal have taken their toll
And the dark knight who guards my soul is now gone
Are you the one who freed my soul?
