I have seen many things over these years. So many people have lived, laughed, and loved because of my service to the X Files. But was it truly to the X Files? I see Mulder and sometimes I wonder if it is truly for the fight I stay or if it is for him.

We fight so much and sacrifice everything for this crusade. Some days I wonder what I would do without him and where I would have gone. But then I see it. I would still be here if I had the chance to re-live it.

Every bit of me has been shaped or changed by these past few years. Years that I would not change if it meant changing here and now.

But maybe once in my life I have this gift. What if he is my gift and me a gift to him. Then we would have each other.

What if once in my life there was a miracle?
