Julius Caesar: Interview with a Ghost (By: Koneko Tenshi) (Disclaimer: I don't own nothin')

(A crew is set up ready to shoot. A newscaster stands with a microphone ready.)

A Crewmember: And we're on in three. two. (Gives signal)

Trey: Hello. I am Trey Thompson. I am here in the underworld to talk with Caesar's ghost. (Caesar's Ghost walks out) There he is now. Sir!

Caesar's Ghost: Yes, young lady?

T: Sir I'm here for the interview.

C's G: Then let's get started.

T: First off, what do you think of your death?

C's G: Truthfully I wasn't expecting to be murdered by Romans. I had hoped for an honorable death like being killed in battle. It was truly surprising.

T: Why didn't you listen to Calphurnia?

C's G: I was embarrassed due to the fact that Decius said the counsel would not be pleased that I was home because my wife was troubled with seemingly nothing.

T: Would you have listened to Calphurnia, had you known?

C's G: Yes and I wish now I had listened to her instead of Decius.

T: Did you ever suspect Brutus would turn on you?

C's G: Truth be told, no. I never expected Brutus to turn on me even for the good of the Roman Empire.

T: Were your suspicions of Cassius right?

C's G: Apparently so since I am dead after all. (Points to his semi- transparent body)

T: Good point. What do you think of Brutus's death?

C's G: Brutus took his life for no reason, but he learned death is not always the easy way out. He does not have the best time in the underworld.

(Clip of Brutus being tease, picked on, and tortured is shown.)

T: Oh poor Brutus. Anyway, who would you have left in charge had you known you would die?

C's G: Antony would have been the one. He was always truthful to me and avenged my death.

T: Are you proud of Antony?

C's G: Very. He showed the people the truth when I was killed.

T: That is all my questions, Sir. Thank you for having me. This is Trey Thompson signing out. Have a nice day.

(Everyone sighs in relief)

T: MAKEUP! I hate it down here. It's to damn hot.

(Hades' head pops around a corner.)

H: Did someone say damn?

T: Me?

H: Yay! Fresh meat!

(Picks up his three pronged fork thingy. Chases Trey around. Camera records everything.)
