A/n: Okay so this is my first ever harry potter Fanfic it's gunna be short and hopefully very funny to you!

It was christmas and most of the student left for the holidays except the teachers, Harry, Ron, Hermoine, Draco, and 2 Ravenclaw girls. It was Christmas morning and Harry woke up. Ron was already awake and Hermoine on his bed talking.

"Hi Harry! Hope we didn't wake you."

"Hi Hermione. No you didn't wake me." The three opened presents from each other and exchanged thank you's. Later that night. Harry, Ron and Hermoine were the last to get to dinner. Hermoine sat next to Malfoy because she didn't want Harry and Malfoy to kill each other during the dinner.

"I purpose a toast to a joyful christmas night!" Dumbledore said then everyone clicked classes and drank some of the juice then Snape stood up.

"You all are morons! Muahhhhhhhhh! I put truth syrup into your cups you will all tell your hearts most truthful desires! Muahhhhh! Muahhh!" Snape ran out of the room laugh mercyless.

"That's really not good." Hermione said.

"Yeah." Ron commented.

"I see…."Trenelway started

"You see…..me dieing! Again it always me why don't you see who Malfoy likes that should be exciting!" Harry burst out.

"Mr. Malfoy who do you like?" Trenelway asked.

"No, that's mean you no he has no control and has to say it!" Hermione said.

"Hermione." Draco looked at her; her mouth hanging wide open and Draco was pretty sure his face was bright red of humilation.

"Hermione who do you like?" Trenelway asked.

"H-Harry"

"That git!" Draco said.

"He is so not a git"

"Yes he is!" Hermione punched him in the face and he flew make about twenty feet.

"That was fun can I do it again!"

"I supose so…make sure he flys a good 40 feet this time though." Dumbledore said.

"Yay!" Before she could punch him again. Trenelway asked who Ron liked.

"Hermione."

"Two guys like me! That's so kewl!" When Hermione turned around Harry was mere inches away from her and leaned in and kissed her. They kissed for a very long time.

Then Hadgrid spoke up. "Oi Harry! 'Ould yeh cut it out! Draco n Ron want a piece of er two!"

Harry lookedat Hadgrid like he grew 3 heads."No she's mine!" Then Harry picked her up inhis arms and ran off with her. Ron and Draco were fuming angry now and ran after them. Harry got up to a enmpty room and put her down.

"Hermione, I love you."

"I love you too."

"Ron did you see where Potter went?"

"Nope."

"Damn, she looked really hot tonight I was having good dreams bout her too!"

"You were dreaming bout her when she sat right next to you."

"Well yea."

"Snape was right you are a moron."

"That's funny coming out of your mouth."

"It must be the truth syrup" Ron said sarcastically.

"Well you've been best friends with Hermione and not once has she returnedthe feeling of love to you."

"Well she wouldn't dare touch you, except for hitting you in the other eye for two black eyes, actually I would like to see that happen."

"Shut it."

"What I strike a nerve."

"Shut up, Weasel" Draco and Ron finally found Hermione and she was making out with Harry.

"Damn!" They said in univision. Hermione and Harry stopped kissing.

"Okay, now I like you all." She paused to look at Draco "Sometimes. So we will have a light saber war let the best man win me."

"Lumos-green-saber" Harry said. His wand turned into a green saber.

"Lumos-blue-saber" Ron said. His wand turned into a blue saber.

"Lumos-red-saber" Draco said. His wand turned into a red saber.

"Let the war begin!" Hermione yelled. Ron and Harry ganged up on Draco and knocked him unconscious. The Harry and Ron battle it out. Ron takes a swing and a ….. miss! Harry swings' and a miss! Harry jumps to avoid getting hit and turns in mid air and knocks Ron unconscious. Harry and Hermione snog the night away….
