Hi everyone!  I actually made another poem and I have to say this is better than the other one I made of Kodomo No Omocha, but this is more depressing.  There is an ending spoiler of the Samurai X OVAs.  If you haven’t see Seishoshen (was that how you spell it?) a.k.a Samurai X:  Reflection, than I advised you not to read it.  This is in Kaoru’s POV.

The Wind’s Final Song

The petals will fly.

The wind singing its withered song.

*

Your head lie lightly in my lap.

As I caress your gentle cheek.

*

The future ahead

The sorrow we see

The lives that will be

The friends that will grow

And the hope of our dear son

*

And still the petals fly

The wind singing its melody

*

The heart that you have

The desire I seek

And your past that was determined to be atoned

*

The world that is now

The sorrow you have

And the pain that you burdened alone

*

And still the petals fly

The wind singing our melody

*

The manslayer within you

The wanderer you were

The person you are right now

*

The death you are near

The love that I carry

The silence response that I receive

*

And still the petals fly

The wind singing its mournful song

*

The face that I stared

The eternal slumber you're in

And your scar of your past is gone.

*

The tears that I weep

The sting in my heart

The smile on my face is gone

*

The wanderer is at his last

The journey for you has ended

But you'll always be my one

*

And now the petals do its final whirl.

The wind singing its final song.

I’m not exactly a poet but this movie defiantly got me to writing one.  And it got me thinking and frickin depressed.  ;-;  ::sniff::  Please tell me your opinion on the poem whether you like or hated it or anything that could have been better.  Thanks!  ::sniff::  I’m out!  ::sniff::
