Weela, everyone!!! (Hyperactive Violent Asian On A Constant Sugar Rush Translation: Hello, Everyone!) *giggle* It's been on my mind for a while now so I decided to write about what would happen in that parallel universe. Now, of course, since it's written by me, the most devoted 13- year-old Shinji/Rei fangirl in the world, its going to be Shinji/Rei, what'd you think? Doi. Are you that oblivious? Man, you guys should know me by now. Tsktsk! Anyways I'll stop with my ranting and get on with the fic.. *sigh* you people are so demanding. Oh yeah, you'll notice that this chapter is mostly the series version of the parallel universe, but I 'tweaked' it a bit ^_~ hehe. Enjoy! ^_~

Oh yeah! -thinking- "speaking" ^typing^

Shinji Ikari awoke slowly to someone yelling at him. He ignored it and decided he should go back to sleep.

"DUMMKOPF!" A VERY furious female voice said.. err.. yelled is a better term, yes a VERY furious female voice yelled to Shinji "GET UP!"

The obnoxiously annoying female grabbed hold of Shinji's bed sheets and threw them on the floor. Shinji, didn't wanna wake up, he was having a VERY pleasant dream about a Blue-haired beauty, *ahem* surely enough, being the hormone crazed teenage boy he is, he was *ahem* how should I say.. 'reacting' to the dream.

"EW! BAKA HENTAI! I DIDN'T MEAN GET 'THAT' UP!!" The girl yelled, obviously disgusted

"Geez, Asuka. Do you have to be so loud?" Shinji said, sitting up, rubbing his eyes "I was having a dream and before you yell at me for anything, it wasn't about you"

"WHAT?! HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT! IS THIS WHAT I GET FOR BEING YOUR LONGEST AND DEAREST CHILDHOOD FRIEND?!" Asuka yelled at the boy, who in return, was ignoring her and was slowly walking out of his room to get ready "DON'T YOU DARE IGNORE ME!"

"Sorry, geez. I can't help it -that girl was hooottt!!- It's morning! I gotta take a whiz or something"

Meanwhile in the Kitchen, Shinji's parents, obviously oblivious to the argument started conversing. Well, Shinji's mom, Yui, started conversing, His dad, Gendou, just agreed and kept reading his newspaper.

"Isn't it nice that Asuka comes here every morning to wake Shinji?" Yui started

"You think so dear? -From what I've seen she just puts the boy through hell!-" Gendo replied, still lost in his newspaper

"That girl is so nice"

"Yes, dear"

"You know you should get ready too"

"Of course dear"

"I mean it! Dr. Fuyutski will have my head if you're late for another meeting!"

"Yes, Dear" Gendo replied calmly before muttering under his breath "She who must be obeyed"

"Bye Mrs. Ikari!" Asuka yelled from the door, pushing Shinji out with her.

"Bye Mom!" Shinji managed to yell before the door completely closed.

Shinji and Asuka started to runs towards school. Shinji decided to start a conversation

"Hey! Aren't we getting a new student today?" He asked between breaths "A girl, Isn't she?"

"That's what I've heard" Asuka replied

"Oh, wow!" Shinji exclaimed as he started having fantasies "I hope she has a great butt! hehe!"

(A/N: Hey, c'mon now! Dun you guys remember? He was hentai just like Touji in the parallel universe!)

Asuka glared at the boy wondering why she ever made friends with him. Oh right, their dads are business partners. But other than that, well Asuka didn't know other than that, though she had a good hunch, she was too much proud to admit it.

"Oh Crap!" A blue-haired girl with crimson red eyes said to herself, running at full-speed, buttered toast in her mouth "I'm late! ACK! I cant be late for the first day!!!"

BOOM!!!

She stopped talking to herself as she crashed and stumbled on the ground sitting in a position that can only be called as 'inappropriate' considering that she was wearing a skirt which are now resting on her upper thigh, and to add to it, there was a of in front of her.

"Aah!" She quickly jumped in another, more appropriate position and held her skirt down. She blushed as did the boy.

"Ow." Shinji muttered as he looked up to see who he had crashed into. It was a girl, much like the one in his dream, sitting in a rather awkward position in front of him, giving Shinji a .umm. uhh. 'view'. He blushed furiously and the girl did the same while holding her skirt down. The girl stood up, grabbed her bookbag, and ran off.

"Sorry kid!" She yelled as she ran "I'm really sorry!"

Shinji stared smiling as the girl ran off. Asuka gave him an evil glare when she saw his smile "Geez." Asuka murmured "Why don't you just take a picture, it lasts longer.

Shinji just kept smiling.

"Wow, she's cute" Shinji thought to himself. Blissfully unaware of a now raging Asuka, he started thinking -She looks like that girl in my dream-

The blue-haired, crimson-eyed girl, kept running, trying to ignore her rumbling stomach

"Uh." She groaned "It's bad enough that I skipped dinner last night and now that boy made my toast fly into a tree!"

(A/N: tee-hee! ^_~)

"Heh" She continued "He was kinda cute though"

"Aww man!" Touji Suzuhara yelled

"Hm" Shinji's eye twitched as he watched his friends dilemma

"So Shin-man! Did you see her panties at all?"

"Well, I didn't really get a good view, but I saw it just a little bit" Shinji slyly said, using his fingers to emphasize the 'little bit' part

"Aww!" Touji yelled again "Why? Why does Shinji have all the lu--- OWW!!!" Touji's yells of jealousy quickly turned into yells of pain as the Class Rep. Hikari Horaki, gave him her trademark 'Ear-pull of death' "What'd you do that for?!!"

"And just what were you talking about Mr. Suzuhara?" Hikari inquired

This argument continued as Kensuke Aida just sat next to the window muttering to himself, while a blue sports car did a 180 at the parking lot, stopping perfectly at the parking spot.

Moments later, Class started, and Hikari did what a class rep. would usually do to start a class

"Ok! Stand up!" Hikari Commanded "BOW! SIT DOWN!"

"All right dudes!" Misato Katsuragi the teacher/sensei yelled "WE got a new chick joining us today and she's a real babe!" Misato moves out of the way to reveal a VERY familiar blue-haired girl

"Hi there! My name's Rei Ayanami! How's it hangin'?" Rei exclaimed

"AHH!!! || AHH!!!" Shinji and Rei yelled out simultaneously

"YOU WERE THE JERK WHO WAS STARING AT MY PANTIES!" Rei yelled, pointing at Shinji

"What!?" Asuka yelled, jumping up from her seat "You were the one who was flashing him!"

"What?! Who are you? And why are you defending him? Are you riding his baloney-pony or something?"

"What?" Asuka seemed offended "Were just really good childhood friends, that's all!"

Rei stared at the girl.

The class went into an uproar.

"Ooh! Shinji! You dawg! I didn't know you were doin' it with her!" Kensuke teased

"I'm not." Shinji replied, rather calmly

"All of you! Sit down! This isn't a bar!" Hikari exclaimed

"-I wish it was though- NO! Go ahead! This is more interesting than class anyways!" Misato stated "besides! I wanna see how this turns out!"

-oh boy.- Shinji thought -this is going to be long day.-

"Ok Rei, since it seems that you and Shinji already know each other, why don't you take the seat behind him, to his left?" Misato suggested, not knowing that she would just be torturing the poor boy known as Shinji Ikari. Not by Rei, but by a certain redheaded German. Speaking of which, is fuming like hell right now.

Although Misato's teaching was amusing (Hey, it is Misato were talking about here), Shinji found himself bored and half-asleep -note to self: learn to sleep with eyes open-, and slowly his eyes somehow focused on Rei. She was resting her head on her hand, probably bored and half-asleep like Shinji. Shinji didn't realize it but he was staring for a REALLY long time.

-wow, she's cute- Shinji thought for the umpteenth time since meeting the blue-haired beauty -she looks almost exactly like my dream girl. I wonder if she likes me.- Shinji was kind of surprised when he saw her cheeks turn a slight shade of pink

-Why is he staring at me like that?- Rei thought -*blush* eep. Blushing, oh, not good. Gah! I have to distract him!-

Shinji's train of thought stopped when a message came across his laptop

^Ikari^

Shinji looked around for signs of anyone trying to get his attention, he saw no-one, other than Kensuke, who was typing.

^Kensuke?^ he typed

^No.^

^Who is this^

^Why are you staring?^

Shinji's thoughts ran wild as he pictured the worst case scenario. Asuka noticing that he was staring at Rei

^Asuka?^

Rei thought for a moment as she saw the message on her laptop, then saw Shinji, who looked like he was preparing for the worst. Rei couldn't resist, she had to do it.

^Yes^ she replied, trying to hide her giggle

Shinji started typing furiously ^GOMEN NE ASUKA!!! I WASN'T STARING!!!^

^calm down Ikari^

-What? Is Asuka. being. nice?- Shinji thought about that for a moment -Asuka. Nice. Does not compute-

^what?^

^No I am not Soryu^

-well that's a relief- There was a long pause after that. Shinji looked around for signs of anyone looking at him or typing on their laptop. Kensuke was the only one typing and Shinji knew it wasn't him. So he looked around, first to his right. Nothing. To his left. Nothing, but a sleeping Touji and a glaring Asuka. -eep. Ok Shinji, ignore and keep looking- He turned his head and saw Rei smiling at him. Then he finally realized it.

^Ayanami?!^

^Yes. Answer my question. Why were you staring?^

Shinji turned bright red and could feel his ears burning

^Well. I-^

^Why're you blushing^

^I.^

^Oh, I get it.^

^huh?^

^sorry Ikari-kun but I just met you!^

^please, call me Shinji^

^ok, Shinji^

Rei snickered loudly, which caught the attention of a few students, one in particular. Asuka Langley Soryu. Asuka looked at Rei in confusion, then at Shinji who was looking at Rei his face almost as red as a tomato in the summertime. She gave both of them an evil glare which neither noticed

^That bitch^ Asuka thought ^she wouldn't^

~*~*~*~*~*

~Beginning of Lunch~

"Hey, Ayanami?" Shinji said, building up his courage again from what transpired a few moments ago. He was failing miserably. The shade of red on his cheeks was proof enough.

Rei looked up and she couldn't help but smile and giggle "Yeah?"

-Gawd, she looks like an angel when she giggles- Shinji thought, turning a deeper shade of red "Umm. want to uh." Shinji stuttered "What was I gonna say? Umm. oh yeah. umm ommyou mmmna go mmmout smmtme?"

"What? Speak clearly" Rei stated as she leaned to hear better. She didn't realize what she was doing to the poor boy.

Shinji instinctively took a step back and had a sudden interest at the floor, turning a deeper shade of red, if that was humanly possible

-Is it possible for humans to turn that shade of red?- Rei thought, tilting her head to the side

"I said" he repeated, changing 'some' of the words "Do you mmna sit mmth me?"

"What?" Rei asked again. She really did have no idea what he was saying

Shinji sighed as he finally decided to whisper the question in her ear. Everybody watched in shock as he did so. After Shinji was done whispering, Rei laughed her heart out

"Aww. C'mon! It was just a question! You don't have to laugh like this!" Shinji exclaimed

Rei looked at the boy "Oh. You're serious" Rei tried to compose herself "Ok, then. Shinji Ikari I agree to sit with you" Rei smiled and had a giggling fit on the way to the roof.

Shinji blushed again and tried to calm Rei down. Asuka watched and glared. Lunch had its ups and downs, but other than that the rest of the day was basically the same. Rei with giggling fits, Shinji blushing so hard he probably broke the world record on how dark of a shade of red one person can get, and Asuka watching the two and giving them death glares that neither noticed, which in return added to her rage. which she vents out on a certain blue eyed, brown-haired boy. Get ready Shinji, it was nice knowing you.

~The next day~

"SHINJI NO BAKA!!! WAKE UP!!!"

"LEAVE ME ALONE ASUKA!!! I WANNA SLEEP!!!"

"BAKA!!!"

~a bookbag connects to a certain deep blue-eyed boy's head~

"OW!!!"

~and so life goes on~

"ANTA BAKA!!!"

"What?! What did I do now?" Shinji asked while running towards the school

"YOU DAMN WELL KNOW WHAT YOU DID!!!" Asuka yelled, also running

"I do?" Shinji thought for a moment "GOMEN NE ASUKA!!! I NEEDED A PENCIL!!! TOUJI STOLE ALL THE LEAD IN MINE SO I JUST KINDA BORROWED YOURS!!!"

"What?" Asuka remembered having to borrow a pencil from Hikari because hers disappeared "BAKA!!! THAT WAS YOU?!?" Asuka shook her head "Nevermind about that! What I meant was the way you were staring at that new girl!"

-OH CRAP! SHE SAW!!!-

And so it ends with a cliffy. How will Asuka react to Shinji's feelings towards Rei? What ARE Shinji's feelings for Rei? Is it merely puppy love or the real thing? Find out in the next chappy!!!! MWAHAHAHAHA. I know. I'm an evil authoress. Deal with it.

Kaji: Fine. *leaves*

-5 minutes later-

Kaji: *comes bursting through the door* CAN YOU FEEL THE POWER OF THE LOVE?!? CAN YOU FEEL THE WAFFYNESS OF IT ALL?!?

Sheen: KAJI!!! *whacks him with a frying pan*

Kaji: X_X

Sheen: *sigh*

Ok, I had to do that. Hehehe, Kaji's so full of it. But then again he is right, this is kinda WAFFy. And I kinda let loose on the Asuka bashing, but I assure you I won't be doing that anymore. not much anyways. Hehehehe, Sooo. you guys read this, at least tell me what you think of it. Oh yeah, and flames will be used to burn Yaoi/Yuri, Hentai fics, Oreo guy and Barbie (ack, dun ask. It was just a thing me and my friends thought of when we went to Medieval Times), and finally to light up my grill and finally cook these burgers and hot dogs, so I dun really care if you flame me or not. You'll just be helping the good reviewers. REVIEW AND YOU SHALL GET A HAMBURGER AND A HOT DOG! (But that only goes for the good reviewers!)

P.S.: I'm trying not to make Asuka into a bitch. Personally I dun like stories like that. As surprising as it may seem, I, Sheen, the most devoted 13 year Shinji/Rei fangirl in the world, prefer stories in which I can like Asuka Langley Soryu. And I am trying to make Shinji non-OOC, but that's kinda hard when you're trying to give the guy some backbone, seriously though, Shinji deserves more credit than he gets. I mean the guy stopped third impact and for others, not for himself, I bet if it was any other guy that guy would've said 'Screw you guys! I'm gonna stay here in paradise living in my dream world and have a naked Rei partially melted into my equally naked body!' so give Shinji a break peoples! He's more noble than you think! And I don't care if you say I sound like I'm in-love with him! (Hey, he IS kinda cute) my friends call me Rei anyways! HAHAHA! SHINJI/REI- NESS FOREVER!!!
