Come hither, child, and don't be scared

I see you've lain your soul out bare

Unafraid of prying eyes?

But I can see right through your lies

Tonight you tried to lose your way

You have and now you've come to stay

Wrapped in darkness like your own

A solace for your aching bones

Sleep will stay most of your screams

And capture you in muffled dreams

My insults and my glares will cease

We enemies must make our peace

For now, relax in my embrace

You're hurting from your fall from grace

Forget your pain, unrest and fear

Perhaps you'll find some comfort here
