Being a ninja isn't all just fun and games. People get hurt and people die. And it isn't always black and white between what's right and wrong. There is always going to be shades in between where people live their lives and try to find something worth living for.

Sometimes emotions are considered excess. Sometimes the things you feel only get in the way. But by standing up for yourself, by being true to yourself, you will learn to be a ninja in your own way. You will be strongest protecting the ones that you love. You will never be strong if you don't learn how to love.

This headband you receive today is a sign of adulthood. It is a beautiful badge of the Hidden Leaf Village and its ninjas. I know all of you will wear it proudly. But don't forget exactly what it means. Don't wear it just because it's pretty. It's disrespectful to treat it like just another ornament.

Just because you passed today doesn't make you a true ninja. There is no purpose to a ninja who just sits there looking nice. It isn't always glamorous or fun, but sometimes it's the right thing to do. No matter what you decide, go out and find your place in life.

Don't be just a decoration.

Author's Note: Alright! That was kind of a weird story. It wasn't actually that long if you cram it into one piece... *sweatdrop* I hope you liked it, I'm sorry if it was confusing but my mind said do it and who am I to argue with that? Anyhoo. I actually hate the Kakashi Sakura pairings with a passion cause mostly they don't make sense. Then I was thinking how could I make it make sense? And I came up with the mostly one sided thing. The Sasuke Naruto was supposed to be similar to that actually, in that Sasuke loved Naruto and Naruto didn't know, but it didn't turn out that way. I guess their love bunnies are just too strong to conquer! Um.. Obviously this fic is set a few years ahead so there's nothing really squicky about it. I almost hit lemon with part six..... believe me, it wanted to be a lemon, but something about current 12 year old lemons freak me out, even when they are grown up. So I suppressed the urge (barely).

Like I said in part one, 28 Days is a good movie and inspired this big time. When Selena says that line about surviving being as good as it gets, it seems very Kakashi to me for some reason. Even if he felt the pull, he's known too much heartache and loss to go jumping headlong into love and fun without some minor apprehension. And if you follow the idea that he's not scarred or weird, there has to be come motivation for covering his face besides that he's OCD. So it might be a manifestation of his trust issues. How can a ninja completely blend in if everyone knows what he looks like? So by showing himself to Sakura in the later parts, he is finally starting to open up and trust at least her with his secret. After all, she recognized him and let him do some mondo scarring. Which also wasn't planned, by the way. It just seemed like an appropriate catalyst for Kakashi's feelings, since he is forced to hurt someone who trusts him completely. It would definitely have a big impact on anyone, I think.

Alright! I think I've rambled on quite enough. Thanks for reading, please review me! Hanashi and The Christmas Fic should be up shortly, thanks for your patience and support and I love you and hope to write more for ya soon!

Love
