"Once upon a time there was a girl named Veriina. Veriina was a commoner, but she was the most beautiful commoner in all the land. It was said that her beauty rivaled that of the goddesses, and it was true, because she had ankle-length blond hair and sparkling blue eyes. However, most Egyptians didn't look like that, so Veriina was isolated as a child. While on a trip, the Pharaoh saw her and became overcome by her beautiful looks. She was irresistible. He decided to make her a servant in the palace so he could admire her beauty for as long as he wanted.

"Veriina soon became a model household servant, and she sang and weaved with a skill like no other. After she caught the eye of the chief priest, Set, he started to teach her magic. Soon she surpassed both her fellow student, Mana, Mana's instructor, Mahaado, and even her teacher in the knowledge of sorcery. Mana looked to her like a big sister and was always loyal to her. Soon they were best friends.

"When Mana got into trouble, Veriina was always there to defend her. Soon they were sneaking around the palace watching the courtiers and (although they were ashamed to say it) spying on them. Once Veriina was tiptoeing around a corner when she heard someone talking. It was Bakura!

"It turned out that Bakura was plotting to kill the Pharaoh and claim his power for himself. He had already killed Mahaado and claimed his Millenium Ring, and would not stop until he had all seven mystic Millenium Items! Veriina burst from the shadows, intending to put a stop to Bakura's plans. Thus a magical Shadow Game started.

"Veriina called upon all her spirit and heart to summon the all-powerful Blue Eyes White Dragon, but Bakura's monster kept growing stronger and stronger, fueled by his hate and evil. Just as it was going to attack her directly, her Blue Eyes White Dragon dove into the path of the blast and was destroyed. Veriina's devotion to her dragon was then stronger than ever, and calling upon her most powerful magic, she summoned the legendary Gods!"

"Yeah, and ya shoulda' seen it! It was like da Fourth o' July! Ra, Slifer (that's Osiris, for all o' ya purists) and Obelisk punched Bakura's monsta' into nothin'! Now, see, Veriina was seriously pissed cuz' her Blue Eyes White Dragon was gone, and just as she was gonna finish that scumbag off, along comes the Pharaoh and Kaiba!"

"Yami was shocked when he heard that Bakura had been plotting to kill him, and ordered him put to death. Then Set congratulated Veriina's bravery for confronting such a powerful foe. Veriina was flattered and tried to act modest. Then, both the Pharaoh and Set asked Veriina's hand in marriage. Veriina was torn between the two men she loved most, and said that she would retire to her chamber to think.

"How could she choose one without hurting the other? Veriina pondered this for long hours, and thought about their individual talents and what they had to offer her. Deep down inside, she didn't want to reject either one, but...

"Finally she came to a decision."

"Two men. One Rose Whip! Who will be sent home brokenhearted? Find out next time on The Bachelorette! It's late now, guys, so we'll have to go and be back next week. An' for those o' you who didn't get the pun, so long sucka's, but for the rest, these are your hosts, Joey Wheeler and Jounouchi Katsuya sayin' happy surfing and good night!"
